"The staff at the Kimberly are so accommodating, friendly and professional. It was my husband's birthday and they brought a special treat to the room for him. We got in early but they allowed us to check in and they even gave us an upgraded room with a balcony. The rooftop is a lot of fun as well. I didn't get a chance to eat at the steakhouse but I heard it was very good. I live in New Jersey but work in New York and I love the area on the east side. This is my second time at the hotel but...

"Perfect couple vacation spot. Total privacy at the end of a dirt road. Great decorating touches of the very practical apartment and fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and cabinet with spices. Bed was very comfortable Two six foot glass doors (separated by a gorgeous stone gas fireplace between them) open up to a partially covered deck with a grill and a fire stove. and a view of a sloping lawn down to the lake. "This was a last minute accidental rental for me and it was a wonderful mistake. I could just walk to Niagara Falls in like 8 minutes. The food in the neighborhood was amazing. The staff was great and I found that it was one of the very few hotels with very secure parking. The hotel is beautiful and the 19th floor overlook is amazing at night. "

"For my first experience in New York, this was the best place we could have stayed. It is so convenient to all of the areas that we wanted to see. The staff was excellent, the room was clean, and more importantly it was really quiet. We were up on the sixth floor so I can’t speak to how loud other floors would be, but I was shocked at how quiet the room was. You couldn’t hear any of the city noise except for sometimes sirens. I would absolutely stay at this property again, and I will recommend it...
