Unfortunately, we had a bad experience staying at this hotel for one night because one of the three rooms they gave us was behind the elevator, and they should have told us the location of the room at check-in. It was very noisy all night long. We couldn't rest and had a very bad night, even though the room prices were the same, which was not fair. Of course, we reported this issue at check-out and expected it to be taken care of, but it wasn't. Secondly, the hotel lobby has a very small space, which when mixed with businesses like Starbucks and others, makes the space very cramped and not safe for children at all. I suggest that a special space be created for kids because the check-in time is usually long and children are not patient. So I suggest that a safe space be allocated for children and they can have fun there and be safer for them. I hope you will pay attention to this.
