I didn't stay at the property, since Expedia fumbled the booking. Initial impression of the hotel was the smell of air freshener covering up something that wasn't clean. four hours on the phone with expedia while sitting in the lobby didn't help either. Staff was friendly and welcoming, and great location.
Expedia and it's customer service was absolutely horrendous. We paid extra and booked two beds, but at check in time, we had one double bed. Was on hold for over four hours from 11:30 to 4pm. Then, at 9pm I received an email offering help finding a new booking. Very disappointed with expedia and the lack of customer service.
