"First time staying at a Grand Fiesta Americana resort and overall my experience went well. The one issue I experienced was slow service by the pool waiting staff and on one occasion the staff forget about my order; had to go to the bar to get. Other than this, the room (club level), the view, housekeeping were 5 stars. I'd give the continental breakfast 4 stars; the usual choices. Front desk and bar staff were great. Really enjoyed the beach."

"It was an excellent stay! If you ask at the reception, you can have your room cleaned early... The food is excellent! They have a jet of water in the pool just great! If you walk through an always cleaned tunnel you can access the beach... We come every year for the triathlon and we will never change this hotel.. Always great stay!"
