"Hotel is very outdated. We were given a room on the 3rd floor, when we walked in the room it smelled very bad. It was clean but the smell was really bad I turned on the AC thinking maybe it’s been hot in the room and no air circulating so let’s turn the AC on and go for a walk come back and see if the smell is gone. We walked to McDonald’s next door came back and the smell was still there. We called the front desk and told the lady our room problem she was very kind and gave us another room that was much better. The only thing in that room was that we couldn’t turn off or up the AC. We didn’t want to be that person since we got a room change already so we just dealt with it. We had a very early flight so we didn’t stay for breakfast. The lady who helped us with the room change was very kind and understanding. "

"Parking is terrible. It's always packed if you don't get there before 8pm. Room is cleaned under request. Hallways are always dirty and the rug is from 1987. Staff doesn't care about anything, they're not helpful nor nice at all. The only helpful and nice person was Anita (clerk). Paid US$1.2K due to the season, but it's not worth half of it. "
