"If you are looking for a convenient location near San Francisco airport and decent food on property you found the right location. The rooms could use some updates, bathroom work and some paint, TV didn't work properly, it kept losing signal or just freezing, but in a big picture okay stay but near SFO."

"Large, clean, and comfortable room. Bed and linens were good. Bathroom was large and shower was very good. I was pleasantly surprised as I wasn't expecting it. Great place for an overnight before or after a flight out of SFO. Convenient to the airport. Only downside... breakfast, tho offered, is very minimal but there are some options nearby."

"The AC wasn’t as cool as I wanted it to be. The male staff charged me $50 for early checkin even after I said I am leaving before noon on the same day. The female staff yelled at me for ringing the bell at the front desk when I went to drop off the keycard. She said the Dropbox was right there!!!Then she asked why I’m checking out now she thought it was tomorrow. I said I sent multiple messages about this & got charged $50. Then she gave me a refund."

"Shuttle has a break from 12nn to 4pm that we were not informed. But beside that, everything was great. Staff are friendly. Venue was accessible to transportation and close to stores."
