"When we checked into our first floor king bed room/suite and turned the lights on, we found multiple spiders on top of the bed sheet. Front desk was notified immediately, she was kind enough to provide us with a new room on the second floor. This new room was just fine. The bed was comfy and the staff provided extra blankets too. The first day's complementary breakfast had very few choices but the second day's breakfast had ample choices. All in all, a decent stay."

"The property and rooms were beautiful. The room service menu was very limited especially because all the dining options were luxury. There didn't feel like there was a casual restaurant or coffee shop on site unless I missed it. I also would have expected someone to help us with our lugguge upon arrival-a true bell hop-but the arrival was just OK. It would be great if they offered a golf cart for guests who are down in the rooms by the tennis courts. Otherwise, stunning property. "

"BEAUTIFUL home in a beautiful neighborhood just steps from the ocean. Everything was clean, well maintained. The owners were so nice and responsive and getting in and out was a breeze. This was the perfect spot for us and our 3 children to stay the week and enjoy the laidback coastal life, but with the ability to venture downtown to San Francisco to take in the tourist sights."

"Fabulous location! Easy walk to downtown. Spent one day hiking in the redwoods, coming back to the house for lunch and then off to the Fitzpatrick Marine Reserve for tidepooling! All within a 20 minute drive. After picking up dinner and bringing it back to the house, we walk into town for some amazing gelato. The home has all you need for a great experience in Half Moon Bay. "
