"Staff were friendly when I checked in, but there was. A virtual assistant for checkout and it was loud in the lobby so I had no idea what they were saying. The room overall was nice but the shower and toilet had staining and the physical door lock was broken. There was also no ‘do not disturb’ sign for the door."

"A fabulous hotel with a view of the ocean from your room."

"The room was really clean including the balcony area"

"Me gustó el lugar porque est a"

"Close proximity to BART and amazing good eats everywhere."

"The Harbor View Inn has a no customer service policy, I would give them a Zero rating if possible. The room at Harbor View Inn we booked with Expedia was not available, as the Harbor View Inn had over-sold the hotel."

"We really enjoyed how self contained we were. There were plenty of amenities available if you wished/needed to use them outside of the unit but the kitchen was great. The one complaint we had, and it's a big one, was the noise coming from above us. Maybe they were just heavy walkers but you could clearly hear them stomping around their room from 11pm until after midnight and again in the morning from 4:30am until 6am. This went on for 4 nights and 4 mornings, we tried ear plugs, talked to front...

"This was an average stay. The property was clean & they offered amenities (I didn’t use many as I only stayed a weekend but I noticed what was available!) Warning that you have to pay $35 a night for parking and for some reason they don’t provide shower caps in the room????? I had to work really hard to get basic things and some of the staff seemed annoyed that I had simple questions like where is the ice machine smh but otherwise it was an average, okay stay."

"Although this is a "no smoking" facility, our room 319 smelled like cigarette smoke, especially when the AC/heat was on."
