10/10 Excellent
"The place was clean and modern. The neighborhood was quiet. The host was friendly and offer us the opportunity to check out late if we needed it."
"The property was as advertised; well equipped, clean and located in a quiet neighborhood in East Van. The hosts were available to answer any questions or if we needed anything. "
". rental price was reasonable. owner was very helpful and prompt with communication. suite is self-contained, 2 story, newly created(?) renovated(?), excellent condition. very clean and comfortable. well stocked kitchen re: cooking utensils etc. duvet is much too hot for summer, it would be nice if there were lighter blankets for options. cleaning costs seemed high. suite centrally located in E Van. we enjoyed staying there"
"Super cute place to stay and in a very convenient location to all of the "to do's". I appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment. The weather was great and we had the windows a majority of the time while in. I grew up in coatal areas of southern California, so i was already aware of no a/c in places like this. The only draw back was the key pad access (initial use learning curve) and the upstairs tenants used the entire porch to smoke weed on and flick their ashes all over, without brushing the ash away. Tacky. Would i stay in this place again? 100%. The pric8ng seemed a touch high to me, but i was in close peoximity to everything. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay! Vancouver is gorgeous and a definite new spot for us."
