The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, they provided coffee for the morning, the check-in was quick and the young woman who checked us in was friendly. Plus, love the little rubber duck we got to keep hehehe. We will 100% be staying here again as we have family in the area.

The Accent Inns in Burnaby is our go-to hotel when we come to Burnaby. It is clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The staff are AMAZING and are always attentive to any needs we might have. I give them a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them!

Excellent staff - exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Very good choice for those travelling with pets as the motel has numerous grassy areas. The bed was very comfortable and smelled of fresh laundry - loved the pillows as well! My only complaint would be the carpets. They’re in desperate need of a clean.

The room was nice and clean and the staff were super friendly. I reserved a king room and was told they did not have one left and I got a queen bed . I texted the text line inside the room and never received a message back about the room or where the hot tub was . The tv in the living room did not work, I found dog toys and an extra remote under the couch .
