"Very friendly staff. The room is stylish yet the Japanese traditions are kept. Perfect dinner. Every thing is awesome. If I have to criticise, the onsen is a little small but still it’s cozy and comfortable."

"I like place.it is convient,7/11 and drug store is near.you walk along beach.the air is fresh.the staff is very friendly.the room is clean texcept bathroom,it is clean but they have to clean the molds in the bathroom and there are no slipper in the roon.But the place is very good i will return and recommend to my friends"

"Wonderful hotel with great Japanese Style Hot Springs. BreakFast was wonderful with great river side view. Only cons is that the building itself is a bit old. Overall service was wonderful. "

"If you stay here, don’t eat lunch and no snacking! The meals are huge. Nice onsen and coffee in the morning. Enjoy the sound of the river as you go to sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating of our minimal Japanese language skills. "

"Stunning location. Beds are ROCK hard though and I felt the staff were not really accommodating for very simple things. For example, I requested to be moved to a smaller side table, but the staff was not flexible and insisted my seat is in the middle of the dining hall. I was traveling alone and the side table I asked for no one was ever seated there in the end. Basic information like sharing that there is no detergent in the laundry room before I went for the long walk there could have saved...
