"One of the most incredible stays of my life. The resort is beautiful with lots of onsens. The staff were very sweet and professional. They were very accommodating to upgrade my room for my honeymoon. The breakfast and dinner is soooo delicious. Highly recommend"

"The hotel was very authentic and this is the experience we were looking for. The staff were nice and helpful. Everything was great."

"Exceptional. Every detail is well thought of and executed. Exceptional service and hospitality."

"Good"

"Amazing place to relax. All super clean and staff always ready to help. Loved the onsen in the room."

"Room is clean but front office staff not very helpful. No complimentary water provided and no restaurant in the hotel . Nearby no restaurants . Difficult to find food . Have to walk a steep slope to find restaurants. The good point about the hotel is that it has beautiful sea view and it provides free shuttle service to the train station. Would not recommend to stay in"

The owner and staff were so kind and accommodating, truly good spirits in this generational owned ryokan. The baths were very relaxing, the entire place was very clean and good spirits all around. If you’re looking for a family run experience vs. a corporate hotel, I highly suggest staying. Also, their massage chair is...
