What a decadent experience in low-key, authentic Japanese style. Not a detail was spared in the gorgeous historic building and lush forest grounds. The several course meals were outstanding, served in our private dining room and the staff was beyond helpful and gracious. The multiple onsens on property were beautiful and healing, you can even reserve one for an hour of private use. To get there, board a shinkansen and get off at the train station that is about 25 minutes away from the hotel and hotel staff will meet you with a private car to pick you up. It is top notch luxury, yet you are still immersed in the culture, and it doesn't feel pretentious. Out of our 2 week Japan trip with many destinations, this was the absolute highlight....we can't wait to come back next year.

Ochiairo exceeded our expectations! The facility, room, and food were all incredible. We definitely got a true Japanese experience and felt like we had traveled back in time. 提早抵達落合樓就非常細心地幫我們準備接駁，甚至老闆還親自接送，萬分感恩。 在門上掛上名字，還貼心地為家族準備了庭院相通的房間；餐點搭配季節，色香味俱全，身心都溫暖而療癒起來；三種不同的溫泉都別具風情，讓人想在不同季節來訪，好好品味萬千丰姿。 在房間備好的冷水熱水，還有大到能讓小孩爬來爬去的自在，一個房間也有各自隔間讓大家都能保有獨立空間；旅館內每個地方都富有巧思，無論是裝潢或擺設都足見用心。 年代久遠卻維護得不見落魄，大氣卻又絲絲入扣的服務，更讓人驚喜於價錢的合理甚至在備受照顧的一晚後更覺物超所值！ 衷心感謝，希望下一次能很快來到！
