The room was amazing with a killer view for fireworks. It was right next to the river that cuts through town so the sound of water can be heard from the room. Just beautiful. The bed was very comfortable.

夕食は色々な美味しいものが少しずつ食べられて幸せでした。朝食は炊き立てのお米とお魚と色々な種類のご飯のお供と豚汁で幸せな気持ちになりました。

到着は早めが良いですね

到着が遅い時間となってしまい周辺が暗かったため、車では入り口が分かりにくかったです。また、楽しみにしていた岩盤浴も思う時間に予約ができず残念ながら諦めました。次回の宿泊機会があれば、早い時間にチェックインしてのんびりしたいと思います。

良かった点　 ・到着時のウェルカムドリンク、軽食のサービス。サンドイッチとても美味しかったです。 ・夕食、朝食共に大変美味しく頂きました。量も多すぎずちょうど良かったです。お夜食のお稲荷さんも美味しかったです。スタッフの方の笑顔もとても良かったです。 ・送迎をしてくれた方がとても親切でした。 残念に思った点 ・岩盤浴は部屋の温度が低く中途半端でした。 ・エアコンの音か設備の音か分かりませんが、カチカチと音がずっとしていたので気になってあまり眠れませんでした。 ・二名での予約のところを予約時に一名で予約してしまい、追加料金で宿泊をすることが出来ましたが、5000円程差がありました。同じ部屋に二人泊まるだけなのになぜ料金の差がこれだけあるのか分かりませんでした。

施設も綺麗ですし、スタッフの方も親切で楽しい旅行になりました。 色々とご対応もして頂き、心安らぎました。 ただ、一日目は美味しかったんですが二日目の夕食が異常に辛かったのでそれは考えて頂きたかったです。 子供のお漬物も、奈良漬は食べれないので沢庵にした方が良いと思いました。　 でも、トータルでは凄くよかったのでまた伺わせて頂きたいです。 ありがとうございました！

雰囲気は良かったのに、着いた部屋に他の人の服と荷物が！！ブッキング。こんなの初めて。ありえない。部屋の人がいなかったけど、こちらが侵入者みたいで罪悪感。反対の立場でも怖い。 岩盤浴とか食事とか、部屋も景色も良かったけど、ブッキングの思い出が強すぎて衝撃的だった。

かなりの写真マジックがあり、想像していた雰囲気と異なり残念な第一印象でした。 1泊2,3万円なら納得していたかもしれませんが、5万円近くする宿とは思えず、高級なイメージを持たれている方は宿を変えることをお勧めします。 スタッフの方はどの方も笑顔で対応が良く、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございます。 2日マッサージをお願いしましたが、ご担当者により、かなりの品質差があります。 1名の方は力が弱すぎて指でこすられているようなマッサージで、体制も（仰向けやうつ伏せではなく）横になった姿勢でマッサージをさせられ余計に疲れてしまい、力の弱さは何度か伝えましたが、かなり高齢のおばあちゃんなので、可哀想でそれ以上は言えませんでした。

部屋の清潔感、食事、従業員さんの雰囲気どれも満足でした。唯一残念だったのは部屋のコーヒーメーカーが故障してたっぽいことでしたが総合的には値段に合ったよい時間を過ごせました！
