"Hako Riero was wonderful. It was clean, stylish and very high tech. It had a 7 eleven in walking distance and very close to the Hakkne-Yumoto train station. I would absolutely stay here again.

"Absolutely phenomenal hotel. My stay at this traditional Japanese ryokan was an amazing experience. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are incredibly friendly and the insensitive were wonderful! I cannot recommend this place enough and I hope to be back someday!"
"Everyone at the ryokan was very attentive to our needs. The dinner and breakfast in our room were outstanding. The private onsets were very clean but a little hot. After adding cold water, the onsens were very relaxing. Overall, we had a memorable experience!"
"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were amazing! My family and I felt like kings and queens. The property is charming, clean, private and well taken care of. We had two rooms one with the onsen and one traditional japanese room for our adult children. All four of us cant talk highly enough about our stay and experience here."
"The package included the dinner and breakfast (Kaiseki style), the foods are delicious and served very well. The front desk staff explains very detailed about the facilities. "
"I love the beautiful scenery, the wonderful activities from the karaoke, bowling, tennis/badminton, and especially the onsen. The shuttle bus from the Nebukawa station is really helpful to get to the hotel without walking about 30 minutes from the station."
"The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. "This stay was great. We had all the necessities available and the room was very comfortable. It was one stop from Odawara station.
My only suggestion is to keep in mind the amount of luggage you are taking, the room is on the fourth floor. "
