"Check in was a breeze, their staff was able to communicated with us in English and assisted us in having our bags secured even before our check-in (which is usually a problem with bookings in Japan). Breakfast was high-class. I didn't include in in my stay, but it was priced fairly and they will let you purchase it on the spot. The location was also close to Tenkubashi Station Monorail which connects you throughout Tokyo and very close to Haneda Airport Terminal 3."
