"This is the best hotel if you want to experience Japanese style food, living, and convenience to Hakone mountain. They provided everything you needed like Japanese clothes, inside decoration, service, etc. They also have a free shuttle to Gora station. The in room onsen is great and you will not find it in any hotel. There is a private elevator directly taking you to Sounzan cable car station, unbelievable! The included breakfast and dinner are unforgivable, very Japanese, delicious, it was also served in a private room. "
