"I think Okay sums it up nicely. Nothing wow, but does the job. Locations is great as very close to main station in Shinjuku as well as all the tourist sites. I’ve stayed in a few hotels here in Japan and this one’s definitely on the smaller side. Room is tiny, no space for suitcase except under the bed. The bathroom was small but manageable. The only real negative for us was the uncomfortable beds/pillows. Woke up sore each morning, so if comfort is high on your priorities then probably skip this hotel. Oh and housekeeping doesn’t actually clean the room, they just make the beds and give new towels, which was fine for us. Overall not horrible, but an okay experience"

"Hotel Gracery Shinjuku was an incredible stay. From the friendly and helpful staff to the modern, clean rooms to great decor and convenient location this was absolutely an incredible hotel experience. I will be keeping this hotel as my top choice for future visits to Japan. "

"Difficult check in process for a group of 4. The front desk person was being very difficult and would not assist and kept confusing the process. Showers are on a separate floor from capsules. There is no space to open suitcase in lockers and with multiple people in the same aisle it is stressful to get ready in the morning. The lockers are too small and the curtain for the pods are terrible. Did not feel secure at all. "

"Staff that assisted us were good and super helpful we have to write some stuff in a slip for our luggage and they pretty much did it for us so it was really helpful. But then another staff that was helping someone else was clearly not as helpful AC was nice and powerful. Room cleaning was great the dryer for laundry did not work though. But food was amazing for breakfast at both restaurants though the view was better from the restaurant on the 25th."

"the location is at the downtown core. Airport limousine has a bus stop outside the hotel which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has so many varieties. really enjoy to stay in the hotel."
