"Wonderful traditional Japanese hotel (ryokan) with hot bath downstairs. We saw so many beautiful Sakura trees on our trip but the most amazing Sakura was right outside of this hotel. Just jaw dropping! Really enjoyed our walks down the stone stairs to the small city, beautiful views and beautiful place. We even liked it more than Kyoto, so quite and authentic :) will be back!"

"remm Hotels are always comfortable. But their checkin system is lacking in common sense. Needs a staff member to walk you through the checkin process. How silly is that? So now I'm doing their job for them while they point to what I have to do on the screen. Just go back to the old way of you doing your job and I'll be the customer. Of fix your technology so a child can use it."

"The New Otani was a very luxurious experience. The staff had great service and very accommodating. They helped me upgrade a room with ease and affordability. They helped me rent a car to drive around, give me access to the pool to take my son swimming, and heat up food in the middle of the night. The room service was delicious and parking was so easy and cheap. We had an amazing view of Osaka Castle and we were right next to the train station. I would love to stay here again on my next trip."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and one of the biggest highlights was its unbeatable location. It was just a short walk from a major train station (shin Osaka), making it incredibly easy to get around. From there, I could hop on the bullet train to Tokyo or catch a regular train to Kyoto with no hassle at all. As someone who loves to travel and values convenient access to public transportation, this was a huge plus. It made day trips and longer journeys stress-free, and I was able to make the most of my time in Japan without worrying about complicated transfers or long commutes. The room itself was a bit on the smaller side, which seems pretty typical for Japan. It wasn’t a big deal for me, especially since I was out exploring most of the time anyway.
