"Incredible location and price point. Less than 5 minutes to a choice of two stations. Also for the price point it’s truly wonderful to get your own room. The rooms themselves are small and basic, but for £11.50 a night I was more than happy to have a room to myself. "

"Comfortable, well-located house in a quiet residential alley. The house was quite cold when I arrived, and it took some time to heat up. The place doesn’t get much sunlight. Cool to stay in a machiya. Stairs are narrow and more like a ladder, but easily navigable for younger and smaller bodies. For the price there are more comfortable and equally well situated places around. "
