"Great hotel with the perfect location for my business trip. It’s no frills, but very reasonably priced. (My 2nd stay too) The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. There’s also a convenient shop across the street selling drinks, snacks and so on. I didn’t have anything to eat at from the restaurant so can’t comment on that."

"Great Hotel. All Staff ..front desk, parking attendent, shuttle bus driver, were absolutely the best as always. Parking easy and convenient. Shuttle bus is great to and from Osaka station Room lovely, has comfy beds Lobby a bit crowded and busy at checkin but we used the self checkin with staff help. Would have liked to have staff just check us in after our long drive but this is a minor issue, nothing that would stop me from staying at Mitsu again. "

"It is a very satisfying hotel.Above all, the location couldn't be better. All transportation is convenient and airport limousines are available right in front of the hotel. The hotel is old but very clean. The bathroom amenities are of excellent quality and water pressure is very strong. It's a shame that the hotel will close next year. It's a place I want to come again."
