"Comfortable hotel especially the premium room"

"Great hotel with the perfect location for my business trip. It’s no frills, but very reasonably priced. (My 2nd stay too) The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. There’s also a convenient shop across the street selling drinks, snacks and so on. I didn’t have anything to eat at from the restaurant so can’t comment on that."

"Great Hotel. All Staff ..front desk, parking attendent, shuttle bus driver, were absolutely the best as always. Parking easy and convenient. Shuttle bus is great to and from Osaka station Room lovely, has comfy beds Lobby a bit crowded and busy at checkin but we used the self checkin with staff help. Would have liked to have staff just check us in after our long drive but this is a minor issue, nothing that would stop me from staying at Mitsu again. "

"Hotel location is approximately 15min walk to Osaka Station making it very walkable. We stayed in a Premium Room which provides access to Club Lounge on 24th floor and ability to access this for light breakfasts, afternoon tea, and light dinner as well as complimentary wine/beer from 6pm-8pm. While the premium room was slightly smaller than expected access to the Club Lounge made it worth it. The hotel also has a small pool. "Smaller room than expected, the bathroom was smaller. Felt like a bathroom in a cruise ship room. My other stays in Japan had similar room sizes, I guess that's how it is in Japan. All in all a decent place to stay."

"My favorite hotel in Osaka, I stay here every time now. There is a Fantastic food court in Osaka station that’s only a five minute walk. The hotel is New York style, elegant 1930s. So many transportation, opportunities, quiet area. But connected to everything."

"When I am in Japan, Unizo is one hotel that I stay at. Im in Japan right not and have stayed at them for more than 25 days now. I was a little disappointed at this one looked a little tired and needs a clean up and renovation. The carpet in the lobby was very worn. Elevator doors needed to be cleaned. No upgrades for my staying so many days, which is dissappointing."
