"Great hotel with the perfect location for my business trip. It’s no frills, but very reasonably priced. (My 2nd stay too) The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. There’s also a convenient shop across the street selling drinks, snacks and so on. I didn’t have anything to eat at from the restaurant so can’t comment on that."

"Great Hotel. All Staff ..front desk, parking attendent, shuttle bus driver, were absolutely the best as always. Parking easy and convenient. Shuttle bus is great to and from Osaka station Room lovely, has comfy beds Lobby a bit crowded and busy at checkin but we used the self checkin with staff help. Would have liked to have staff just check us in after our long drive but this is a minor issue, nothing that would stop me from staying at Mitsu again. "

"Hotel location is approximately 15min walk to Osaka Station making it very walkable. We stayed in a Premium Room which provides access to Club Lounge on 24th floor and ability to access this for light breakfasts, afternoon tea, and light dinner as well as complimentary wine/beer from 6pm-8pm. While the premium room was slightly smaller than expected access to the Club Lounge made it worth it. The hotel also has a small pool. "Extremely well located. It would have been good to have lunch continue until 11 AM on the weekend. 10AM is not long enough. There are not enough walkable restaurants within the area. The station is the only dining option. The hotel overall is clean and quiet. They provided a robe, slippers, excellent pour over coffee, body scrub and many other nice touches."

It was very convenient of anything. 2 mins walk from Yodoyabashi metro station and property has Japanese onsen ♨️ (communal hot bath), sauna @ B1 which is bonus on this property. I stayed 15th floor room was cleaned but no view. There are many restaurants and bars, convenient stores near by. It is center of city. I will go back to stay this hotel. Highly recommended. "
