"We stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite, room big enough for 6 adults. Close to shopping and train stations. Lots of space for luggage and a lot better than the Mimaru we stayed atTokyo station East. Staff are friendly and luggage transport to and from Mimaru’s using their luggage service was great with no issues. Will be back to this Osaka location."

"Gorgeous unique hotel, Japanese ryokan style with private onsen. Lovely helpful staff 😊"

"This location is prime if you want to get quick access to any location, to the markets or to Dotonbori. Really impressed. Also the free coffee was a bonus. Great location for shopping and families. Would def stay again. Only challenge is going places in morning as you often have to go through Namba station which can be crazy busy in the AM."

"Amazing lovely hotel. Walkable to dontonbori area, luxury shopping mall nearby and directly connected to the subway below without having to go outside. There was also a little convenience store at ground level. Spacious room, clean, and nice skincare samples provided. Would absolutely stay here again."

"It was the perfect place for our 2 families. Lots of room, very clean, tons of towels and in the perfect location for us. Communication was fast a helpful."

"Beautiful hotel super clean and close to lots of restaurants and shopping streets in Osaka! Would definitely stay here again next time"

"The location was great. It was walking distance to most anything."

"駅近ではない、喫煙できない、近所にも喫煙場所がない、ので、歩くことや完全に非喫煙な空間やエリアがよいときは、最高に綺麗で可愛らしいホテル。 喫煙者は、少し歩いて喫煙所を探す必要あり。"

"Hotel was spacious & clean. Hotel offers free non-alcoholic drinks (pop, juice, tea) and Starbucks coffee until 11pm. Amenities bar has everything you need. The bathroom was very spacious with a luxury Refa shower head. Wish we stayed here longer. Walking distance from Dontonburi and lots of different restaurants around. Would definitely come back to this hotel"

"Good place for the location, breakfast is just frozen meals however, it tasted okay. Very straightforward check-in and check-out, no staff in the middle. Overall good!"

"Clean, staff helpful, close to everything"

"Staff were excellent. Mounir at the bell desk was very helpful. Rooms were lovely too. Breakfast was fantastic. Two improvements required: The executive lounge was too small for what its designated for. We were flying out late in the evening but were told we couldn’t use the lounge facilities post checkout which was very disappointing and instead just sit in the lobby. If I was doing that again I would stay somewhere else as others allow use of facilities until later in the day."

"スタッフの方も優しく、施設内も清潔で良かったです。 利用している方々も施設の注意をきちんと守られていたと思います。 女性の1人旅でも安心して使用出来ると感じました。 また、立地もよく助かりました。"

"綺麗でした！"

"Everything about this hotel was awesome, the only reason it's a 4 star to me is the size of the rooms. Was our smallest room on Japan, and we definitely couldn't open even a medium sized suitcase on the floor. Other then that, the hotel is awesome. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, the room was clean, the amenities were a nice bonus, complimentary free wifi, the bed itself was actually really comfy, they provide luggage forwarding services, and the hotel itself is two blocks from...

"黒門市場のアーケードの南端にあり千日前も歩いてすぐの好立地で便利です。ホテル自体が新しく清潔でアメニティも部屋に準備してしてありました。ダブルルームでベッドは大きく快適でした。バスルームはコンパクトでしたね。"
