"Fantastic all around, I’d definitely stay there again!"

"Perfect for my family of 4: Location- 1 train stop like 2 -3 mins to universal studio, about 10-13 mins walks depending how fast you walk but I don’t recommend walking it when it’s humid hot July. Breakfast- amazing! Laundry- so much better than the last 2 hotels we stayed at. Convenient stores: 7-11 and Lawson are so close by. Room- my kids love the separate beds. It’s roomy enough. Amenities- great Staff are so accommodating. No microwave in the room but they have them downstairs....

"Room and location were great! Located right next to USJ. Plenty of dining options as well as a convenience store nearby. There is also a paid parking lot right underneath that made it really convenient if coming by car."

"Vey helpful staff. Felt like staying a a family's house. Area had a bunch of places to eat and see. Walking distance from Legolan and the Aquarium. "

"The staff at this hotel really helped us with luggage delivery from our first hotel and making sure it safely was stored in our room in Osaka. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and it was pretty easy to register and make our way to the room for self check-in."

"Check-in was on a lower floor to the entrance of hotel. No formal greeting as was told to sled check-in at machine so nobody actually to speak to. Felt very mechanical. No sign of the baths onsen in the hotel at all so didn’t use them so disappointed. Room was good and view was lovely on 49th floor. Fridge was useless as was the air con. The freezer door was missing which meant that everything we put in the fridge, like fresh milk and drinks and snacks, got frozen and had to be thrown...
