"It was a wonderful experience for us, who were looking forward to experiencing Japanese culture through a bath.
We are very grateful for the polite and prompt response of the staff and the good location of this inn.
We would like to recommend this inn to everyone.
We would like to visit again."
"The photos of the hotel look significantly better then when we saw it in person. In person the hotel wasn’t bad but it was not overly clean and was no where near as nice as the photos. "
"The onsen in the hotel is simple but wonderful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. Although the rooms seem a bit on the older end, they are kept very clean and the service was awesome."

"Great hotel in amazing spot with huge onsen! Namba station is right next door and so close to Dotonbori. Loved my stay here as the location was just amazing. The onsen could get very crowded but it tells you in the TV the levels of crowded so you can plan accordingly. Don’t miss a sunset on the rooftop! "
"Friendly staff, coin laundry w/d on site, free umbrella for rain to borrow, cheap sun umbrella for rent, clean, classy, convenient —- across from train station entrance. Great restaurants nearby. "
