It added a lot of value to our stay and was definitely worth the extra cost. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again when visiting Osaka."

"The only thing I think I can say is that this room lacks chest of drawers and the rush to use the washing machines. Everything about this place was good and the price wasn't too bad either (compared to western hotels). The location was a bit unusual to get used to if you're not used to big city life like me but you soon realise how well connected it is with easy access to the rail and shops (way too many shops and restaurants to count- Japan is crazy!)"
