Stayed overnight for a quick trip around the surrounding prefectures. Inside Shin Osaka station right by the Shinkansen gates at a very reasonable price! Small business hotel style room, slightly cheap feeling but modern and clean. Very friendly staff helped me check in (in English). I didn't try the breakfast (provided by a Vietnamese cafe right next door) but it looked nice. The McDonalds down the hall saved me when I got in late and most of the station restaurants were closed.

Exelent serivce with staff that went above and beyond for me. I lost my phone in the train and the two ladies instabtly started to help me by calling each station and putting a report out for my phone. I would like to thank them again for their assistance and professionalism.

This was our second stay here during this trip, mainly because the location is excellent. It’s very convenient for last-minute snack shopping before checking out. The rooms are compact, but we managed our luggage and got around comfortably. We learnt how best to place our items :) I would stay here again for the convenience, but the check-in process could be improved. It took much longer than expected, with multiple steps involving different counters and terminals before the check-in and tourist tax payment were completed.

The room size is enough for 2 people to move. We have 2 regular luggages and a roller hand carry bag. A little bit hard to move but manageable. The location is good and saves you time to travel to the train station. Breakfast at Tully's Coffee or McDonalds was outside the main entrance of the hotel.

We definitely barely had any room for our luggage, but the location of this hotel is prefect. We were easily able to go out and find something to eat. I would stay again just for the location. They als do keep the room clean and are good about daily towels and water bottles.

Very expensive laundry, but there is coin laundry 5m walk away. Room are very small, so mostly designed just to sleep. Shower is great. Location is amazing if you go for day trips, it is inside Shin Osaka station by Shinkansen terminal.

The room was small, but that is fairly typical for business hotels in Japan. There was no bathtub, but the rain shower worked well and was actually a nice alternative. The bed wasn't very comfortable for me, so I had trouble sleeping, although the larger pillows were fine. One of the biggest drawbacks was the room lighting, especially around the desk. Although I usually prefer softer, dimmer lighting and don't like bright white lights, the desk area was too dark for comfortable reading or writing. Breakfast was served at a Vietnamese café on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, the food wasn't to my taste, and I wouldn't choose to eat there again. I was hoping for a more standard breakfast, such as eggs, sausage, hash browns, and toast, but those options were not available. The hotel was very close to Shin-Osaka Station, which was convenient for taking the Shinkansen. However, the area was very busy. I usually run in the morning, but I couldn't find anywhere nearby to run comfortably, so I gave up. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this hotel again. Overall, this hotel just was not for me.
