"Hotel was very nice. Staff were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The room was spotless when we arrived, and they kept it that way each day, always having it completed by the time we asked for. Room was a good size, and had a mini-fridge they kept stocked with bottled water. They gave us cookies and tea/coffee each day - a nice little treat at the end of a long day walking around London. Good neighborhood, pubs and grocer and restaurants within walking distance. Park nearby, as well....

"The breakfast was very good, however the coffee was from an urn and was disappointing and not nice.. The food selection menu in the evening was very limited, however, the Frankie Burger was good and the bar staff were very pleasant. The escalator was not working up to reception on the first floor (G)"

"Blocked shower in first room, moved room. Towels above toilet, knock them, all towels in toilet. 2 plug sockets in worst possible location. Garbage WiFi in both rooms. Mar 16 (working weeknight) woken 3 times to continuous running up/down the stairs until 4am, contacted reception twice, second time, receptionist thought it sensible to pretend to be mentally deranged to get me off the phone. On immediately visiting reception to check if calling emergency services to aid whoever answered the...

"The room itself was a little run down and could use a little maintenance, as there were cracks in the wall, broken window lock and shower door was stiff, but it was a pleasant stay overall, with decent facilities and a comfortable bed. "

"Nice location - not far from Hammersmith bus and tube stations. Pleasant but not overly talkative staff. Hotel was nice and quiet. Room was clean but the clothes storage was near to falling over, plug socket and light fittings damaged and potentially dangerous, metal bed frame broken and very noisy. The room would have benefitted from having blackout curtains as the morning light flooded in at around 6am."

"Like the area it was in. Plenty of options for food and local Sainsbury’s very near. Easy to get to and from and not a far walk to get to the underground. Staff very helpful "

"Only stayed one night but had everything I needed. Room was spacious and clean, bed confortable, nice shower, breakfast good.Decent location as well. Staff friendly and welcoming. No complaints!"
