"Easy check in and friendly staff. No lift and narrow staircase to upper floors. Basic room with a shower that took a while to get hot. Absolutely fine for what we paid. Nice area."

"For a budget hotel I was really impressed by the cleanliness and the customer service. I booked the double room although I went solo. The room was spacious for a single person but I think it would be too small people. I arrived well before check in time but the receptionist was so sweet he still checked me into my room . I was impressed at the cleanliness of the room and bathroom . The towels were nice and fluffy. The hotel is only 2-3min walk from the tube station with excellent and quick connection to central London ."

"Like the area it was in. Plenty of options for food and local Sainsbury’s very near. Easy to get to and from and not a far walk to get to the underground. Staff very helpful "

"The breakfast was very good, however the coffee was from an urn and was disappointing and not nice.. The food selection menu in the evening was very limited, however, the Frankie Burger was good and the bar staff were very pleasant. The escalator was not working up to reception on the first floor (G)"
