Tv in room 5 didnot work, i was there with my daughter so wasnt out late and wanted the tv working .no shampoo or conditioner or soap in shower and i left all that at home so i could take less stuff with us, there was liquid soap for hand washing. Perfect location for westfields shopping"

"Easy to find, easy to check in without any staff. The room was clean and the kitchen was correct. There are issues with the place though. The bathroom has a foul smell of drains, the metro can be heard and felt as is passes underneath, and the mattress and bedding were very low quality."

"Reasonable value pub / bistro with rooms. Bar and restaurant are beautiful old victorian style and what might be referred to as a good old fashioned yet shabby chic boozer. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and amenities are in order. Shame they dont do breakfast"

"Found the check in easy enough and had no problems with the keyless entry. Room was clean and the beds were very comfy. We also had a lovely view from the room with being on the top floor. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again"
