I had a wonderful stay! The best thing about this hotel is the staff — they are exceptionally polite and professional, which made my experience very pleasant. Checked in and checked out with ease. The beds are also wider and more comfortable than those in other hotels in the area. The location is perfect, close to all amenities including shops, the tube, restaurants, and even a church. Highly recommended!

The area of the hotel is very nice. Close to public transportation, Restaurants etc. The room his very tiny for 4 Persons and very hot in the Summer.

Servicably clean rooms with IKEA type furnishings. A great location to use as a homebase for exploring London. We found the 10 min walk to Hammersmith became our favorite route.

Don't expect too much

Good value, basic hotel, that appears to be undergoing updating. Friendly healthy staff. I stayed in 2 rooms where the mattresses were not great. A lot of stairs if you get a room on higher floors.

Great place to stay for the value! Located fairly close to rail stations that can take you anywhere in the city for cheap with the tap of your cc. Very accommodating and friendly staff here also which made check in nice and smooth.

Great hotel in fabulous destination

Much nicer room than I expected and had a fridge so I could get some things from local supermarket, location is short walk to tube station and Westfield shopping centre, also smaller shopping centre opposite underground that has wetherspoons which I went for breakfast

Cleanliness..

The check-in person was friendly. But the cleanliness was.. Room looked on the surface clean, but wasn’t. There was STRAIGHT hair everywhere, i have afro/curly hair. Also, i saw the cleaning person put the CLEAN towels in the hallway on the floor where everyone walks with their outside shoes. I truly was paranoid in the room thinking it was cleaned or not. The shower was nice, but on the second day there was no water power & hot water.. that continued on the rest of my stay. If you want to stay I would recommend one dag MAX. Location is perfect, but sadly the cleanliness is nowhere to be found. All the rooms need a DEEP CLEAN, to get out the stains on the carpet, etc.

Excellent Location. I came for a business conference and meetings. It's very accessible from the nearest railway station and lots of restaurants and shops near by. The staff was very friendly and went out of the way to help us with anything we needed.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and tidy, all staff were really pleasant, they added new towels and emptied the bin the day after our arrival. I’m sure they would have made the beds if I hadn’t already. It was easy access to the tube and shopping, which is an absolute plus. We would definitely stay there again.

Location was convenient, a 10 min to coffee shops, subway/tube and big shopping centre. However it is on a street where there is a police and fire station, and the noise of those emergency vehicles was super loud and would not let us sleep. The furniture is dated and the mattresses are awful, I’m still hurt from that. There is no AC and it was so hot during the night even with a fan. The guy at the reception was ok but got upset with me for asking for towels. It’s just ok if you don’t care for the items i just mentioned.

Fan provided but not enough for the hot weather.
