The location of the property is in the heart of it all, making walking everywhere so easy! Giorgos provided us with many recommendations for food, villages and beaches and they did not disappoint! "Great location in the centre of the town. The bus station is behind the hotel, easy to walk to it and taxi rank nearby too. Lots of cafes and shops on the same road too. All the staff are excellent . Was welcomed by the lovely Olga who was very helpful and gave lots of useful information about the area. Breakfast on the roof terrace was good , with nice views. Very quiet inside the hotel even though it is in the centre of town. "

"On arrival the reception staff were very helpful, explaining all we needed to know. We asked for a few extra bits in the room and help with the aircon and nothing was any problem they dealt with it all and very quickly. Everywhere seemed very clean. The staff at breaks were very polite and helpful and also made time to talk to people. Even down to when last day leaving we went to collect our bag/case and was told "we have showers if you wish yo get changed into different clothes for your flight " which we have never been offered before in hotels."

Best stay in Chania

"The place was beautiful and our room was spotless. The view of the Chania water front from our balcony was the best. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. If available you can request a parking spot in the garage for nominal fee. Also walking distance to the Old Town Chania and Old Venetian Port of Chania .We will stay again!"
