We had an urban facing room just a few steps above ground level, and the noise level at night made it very difficult to sleep. Lot of people hanging out until 2–3 AM right outside our room. The location of the hotel is great in old town so it’s a trade off. Our flight arrived late at night and the middle of the night check-in turned into an adventure. "The apartment was nice enough for a one week stay but the kitchen could use new pots and plates, etc. As the walls are thin you can hear every conversation going on. The floors are cleaned with a mop and water - no sweeping beforehand and no detergent used, we noticed. It’s 10 minutes to the beach on foot and 5 minutes to the bus stop."

Air conditioner in lounge area and bedroom. Nice size balcony for breakfast and evening drinks. It has such character with its courtyard and winding hallways, the room I had was spacious and clean and the AC was amazing after a hot day out at the beaches! "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were so attentive - always offering to help with advice or services. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice and constant coffee refills . Great way to start the day. The hotel is in an ideal location around 10 mins walk to the old town. Such a nice walk in too. If you’re driving then the hotel is located not far from the main highway road that goes through all of Crete. Really handy!"
