"Hotel staff was great! Always willing to help and guide us on what to do, where to go and also brought a lot of experience on what would make our experience better. They go out of their way to accommodate and help. Breakfast was delicious and one of the best I’ve had and it by itself was a great experience. Room and hotel made the whole stay in chania perfect, as it feels you are staying in part of history with all the amenities and it is a well kept property."

While i didnt see any daily staff other than the housekeeper, they were quick to respond to any requests even in the ealry early morning when i was locked out of the room."
