"The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very nice, great location, room was big and spacious. Breakfast was very nice, food quality and variety were great. I just did not like the pool and it does not look at all like the one in the photo! I really think this photo should be removed. I will go again, it was very nice stay."

"The hotel itself was great. Very nice rooms with a fantastic sea view. The staff, not so much. We were told not to book restaurants in advance , they would assist us in booking the best places. On arrival we asked about them and were told “oh we have a restaurant here!”. When asking about OTHER places we were told by the manager “I don’t live around here so I really don’t know.” Really?!! We were also told that there was ample parking at the hotel. There were 7 spots, always full, and a dirt...

"We would definitely recommend this hotel. We had a sea view room and you can watch the sunset every evening. The room is not huge but comfortable. The only thing I would have liked is a more draw space but that hat would not stop me booking again. It may only be a 2 star hotel but we give it 5 stars for the service. Athena who delivers a fantastic continental breakfast and is very welcoming to Anastasia and Sue on reception who are absolutely fabulous and welcoming. The service they provide...

"Excellent place"

"No parking, except one side of the street. Hotel under renovation, noisy concrete breaking and heavy equipment moving. TV did not work, phone did not work. Air conditioning would not work correctly. Room service ends at 6:30. Pool is the size of a park fountain."

"This is a beautiful resort! Amazed how big the room is and with the view from the balcony. Spent a lot of time out there listening to the waves. The staff is friendly and very helpful. And it’s in a great location to Old Town. I will definitely go back!"

"We loved Sea&City! The pool area was lovely. Great to have free coffee during the day and an honesty bar for drinks if needed. The whole place was kept spotless at all times. Staff were all really nice. We liked having the small kitchenette with fridge. Good hairdryer provided. Bakery, supermarket and a restaurant within a few mins walk, Nea Chora Beach and its restaurants 5 mins away and about 20 mins walk to Chania Old Town. If we come back to Chania again, Sea & City would definitely be our...

"A very nice hotel close to the old town of Chania. Excellent breakfast. Special thanks to the helpful and friendly staff who made our stay so nice!"

"Nice property located close to old town (5-10min walk) and Nea Chora beach front which was perfect for us. It’s a family run hotel they are amazing ensuring your stay pleasant. Definitely recommend!"

"This was an interesting experience. The room itself was neat and had everything you need. There was no tea or coffee, which I would expect to be provided at this price point. Our disagreement was around me booking as you can see in the title, studio with partial sea view. The pictures shows a side of balcony sea view. Unfortunately, after a late arrival my first night, I woke to discover that I was another balcony back from the sea, and there was a wooden plank obstructing any view as well as...

"Room was clean, although small overall the rest of the property makes up for it with the cozy lounge and great breakfast buffet! The hotel staff went above and beyond for us during our stay there to make it extra special including a special treat for our honeymoon. The valet parking service was easy to use and the staff again were amazing and even gave recommendations on where to go in Crete. The hotel itself is 5-10min walk to anything you may want in Chania. Highly recommend!"

"One of those rare times when the place was as beautiful if not better than the pictures. Clean, well maintained, great location. The staff was very kind and Eva was a great communicator, stopped by to say hi at breakfast our first morning and was very hospitable."

"Great location, staff was lovely"
