"The hotel was very clean and staff were so helpful with everything we asked. From needing an iron in our room to planning day trips. They even took the topper of the mattress bc my brother in law needed the bed more firm. Breakfast was incredible. I felt like I was in a resort with the choices we had. The only minor complaint I have is the lights in the room were a little too dark for me. But such a minor inconvenience and only bc I have poor vision."

"A lovely, luxurious comfortable hotel with impeccable service"

"Sehr sauberes und zentral gelegenes Hotel, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit, allem in allem ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sterne"

"We liked everything about the hotel! Excellent location. Forget about eating in the cafes along the waterfront. The dinner we had in the hotel restaurant was the best of our trip thus far and the lowest cost!"

"They were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel is a short walking distance to the Old Town."

"fantastic staff great experience"

"Fantastic Hotel and great location."

"Room and breakfast was good. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Always said hello when they saw us and asked if everything was ok. The location was a 5 min walk to Old Town which was great. Would stay there again."

"Beautiful hotel in a great position in Chania. The room was so comfortable, modern & functional. Lovely staff throughout. Would definitely recommend."

"Très bien situé"

"The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very nice, great location, room was big and spacious. Breakfast was very nice, food quality and variety were great. I just did not like the pool and it does not look at all like the one in the photo! I really think this photo should be removed. I will go again, it was very nice stay."

"Malmo is a great location for a stay in Chania. Old town Chania is beautiful and carries a lot of charm, and Malmo lets you access everything with a short walk. The windows are double-glazed to block out almost all noise. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The buffet breakfast is located on a rooftop balcony, with a small but choice selection of foods to enjoy in the quiet morning sun. The staff were very helpful. My wife and I purchased grapes from the local flea market, and the...

"The staff are so friendly, and professional . The breakfast was really good and yummy. The location is so convenient and walking distance to the main attractions."

"Very clean and well maintained hotel! Parking across the street was easy and convenient as well. Bed was super comfortable and rooms were quiet there was not a lot of outside noise! Only thing is I wish it was closer to downtown area it was about a 20 min walk but we didn’t mind. Would definitely stay again!!"

"No parking, except one side of the street. Hotel under renovation, noisy concrete breaking and heavy equipment moving. TV did not work, phone did not work. Air conditioning would not work correctly. Room service ends at 6:30. Pool is the size of a park fountain."

"The monastery Estates was a beautiful boutique hotel in a wonderful location. The whole experience felt like I stepped back in time. The one concern I had was there’s apparently assigned tables for breakfast, make sure you ask where yours is otherwise you may get yelled at."
