"Excellent stay. Could not fault this. Staff were excellent particularly when we left our keys in the room one night l. The room we had , no 4, was lovely. Spacious, excellent bed and aircon on what was a scorching weekend. Bathroom kitted out beautifully. Will definitely stay here again and at others in this group "

"The hotel was a different experience in having no windows but for our short stay in London it proved to be a fantastic location, wonderful service and very comfortable! Definitely recommend!!"
"I love this hotel. It has a perfect location, in Bloomsbury, near the British Museum and a block from the subway/ tube (on the Piccadilly line, which goes to Heathrow airport). The staff is friendly and the rooms are pretty (though, as in many London hotels, there’s no air conditioning). If you don’t feel like paying for breakfast, there’s a Pret on the corner. Plus apparently the Beatles liked to stay here; you can’t get better than that. "
"Super convenient location close to Covent Station (Piccadilly line) from Heathrow. Walkable to Thames Bridges (but not Tower Bridge - easy Tube ride away), Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, etc. Rooms are air conditioned if very hot outside and a typical European size - cozy but functional. Excellent restaurant on ground floor. Coal Hole Pub is right across the street - Sunday Roast Beef was the best!"
"Excellent stay at Bedford hotel
All staff very professional friendly
Rooms clean the only I would say is the bathroom need of update and new shower
Hotel great location
Thank you "
"Everything was great. The hotel is beautiful and the surrounding area is perfect if you want to see the best parts of London. All the main tourist attractions are literally within a few stops on the trains. The only one complaint I had was the shower was poor with pressure. It’s our second time staying here and we will definitely be coming back "
"The DoubleTree was a great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was actually very good which is surprising for a hotel. The only thing that was slightly disappointing about the hotel—it was a lot further from Kings Cross Station than we thought. I think the description in Expedia was a bit misleading. It was probably a good 35-45 minute walk and if you have luggage, the sidewalk is bumpy, so be prepared. The hotel’s location is a bit far from most of the sites in London, so you will be using public transportation. The restaurant next door, The Castle, is really good and there are also restaurants down the street. "
