A lady approached us and said she was the owner's friend and that he had overbooked the rooms. She said he had made arrangements for us to stay with her, but the owner never communicated this to us. He said he couldn't find me on WhatsApp and so had messaged me on Expedia instead, but every other host had found me easily on WhatsApp, and I never received any messages through...

"Best hotel service I’ve ever had. They were so nice always making suggestions (if we wanted them), calling cars to and from airport for us, you could chat with them, they were all very friendly. We went to Amalfi for a few days and came back and they let us leave a couple bags so we didn’t have to drag them to and from Amalfi. They were in our new room when we arrived! Best service ever!"
