Property was in a convenient location and spotless. Hostess went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She was always responsive to any questions we had. In spite of our late arrival, she stayed up to ensure that we had a seamless entry. She obviously takes great pride in her property. Would definitely recommend this accommodation..

The room was very clean and in a great area especially if you are using the train. It is a short walk from many tourist destinations including the Colosseum and Trevi fountain. The staff is not always at the location but they are very reachable. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome soon!

Wir hatten einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt! Das Zimmer liegt sehr zentral und der Bahnhof war fußläufig super schnell zu erreichen – ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber lief ganz unkompliziert und sehr schnell über WhatsApp, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Das Badezimmer war ein echtes Highlight – modern, sauber und mit einer richtig schönen Dusche. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die ein gut gelegenes und komfortables Zimmer in Rom suchen! The room was very clean, really liked it. I have to mention that our room was street level and very noisy from the outside. If you are a light sleeper not good for you. Location was fantastic! Area not clean, lots of garbage and foul smell. If it’s for one or two nights, worth it.

Pros: 1- good and reasonable price for what you get 2- very convenient checking in and out. Everything was remote 3- close to bus station 4- the owner is great and very responsive.he let us check in a little earlier which was so nice of him Cons: 1- bed was not comfortable. It makes a lot of noise

The street (and sidewalks) are noisy; people spending time in front of the guesthouse for whatever reason (locals). I was in Room 1, so my window was facing the street. Otherwise, proximity with the train station is great. The room was spotless.
