"Stefeno was there to meet us on check in, he was always available for any questions and very helpful. Property was within 10 minutes walk to the train & metro. Toiletries were provided, safe & Wi-Fi in the room. We were even able to leave our luggage there after check out. "

"Perfect room for me and my partner to stay in. Room was a good size with a good size bed and clean. Bathroom was just the right size and came with complimentary shampoo and a hairdryer. The room had air conditioning, a tv and a wardrobe with a safe. The blackout curtains were a great touch too! WiFi was really good - no complaints there. It was located quite central with loads of bars, restaurants and shops located on their doorstep and in an area where it’s not too noisy. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if your in the area!"

"My room with a view and balcony was amazing. Could wake up and see Saint Mary Major and very close to the train station to travel. The breakfast was wonderful, and we visited many nearby churches. "

"The Cross Hotel and its actual property is wonderful. Alex was most helpful on our first night with getting us acclimated. The area surrounding the hotel and Rome in general needs to be cleaned. A lot of litter surrounding the hotel. But the room was very clean and modern. Absolutely, no complaints. "
