Do not stay unless you like staying in a sweat box! It was 83 degrees in our room in late May. I can't imagine the heat when it really got hot in Rome. The halls were cool, so the hotel had air, but the rooms did not. Talked to multiple people staying there and they all had the same story. Complained multiple times a day, but the air was running, just not blowing ANY cool air. Miserable 4 nights.

Nice hotel, very close to Roma Termini (2 minute walk), good breakfast, very kind staff. Although it requires upgrading, it is decent in terms of cleanliness and confort.

Location location location. Check in was easy with friendly staff. We were just needing a bed and bathroom and that’s all we got so it served our purpose. The neighborhood was lively and we found a great pizzeria. We only choose this because it’s literally across from Termini and we had to catch an early train to FCO.

We needed a hotel very close to Termini due to a late arrival and early departure on the train. This hotel fit the bill. We were exhausted when we arrived and we were greeted by a friendly, English speaking staff who got us checked in very quickly. We would stay here again.
