"Absolute worst experience! We arrived here after being delayed 2 hours on our train and had to wait nearly 40 minutes before someone came to let us in. Finally a man, who didn't speak English, arrived and handed us a phone. The man on the phone told us that our room had been double booked by hotels.com and that we could not stay there. "10/10 – Would absolutely stay again! NH Collection Roma was a beautiful hotel! Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of option; even for vegetarians, gluten free and vegans folks, which I personally appreciated since Im a vegetarian. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the city and a lovely bar/restaurant where we had a great time. The hotel is located right next to Roma Termini, as well as very close of buses stops, taxis stops and other public transportation. Loved everything about our stay!"
