The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was convenient for us because we were traveling via train and it’s literally right next to Termini station but besides that it’s pretty far from all major attractions. Roof top bar was nice also.

This is a great hotel because of the location but it’s not a 5-star as advertised. The rooms are a bit dated and the shower wasn’t the cleanest, but if your only in town to catch a train from Rome Termini, then you can’t beat the location! The staff is really friendly too.

10/10 – Would absolutely stay again! NH Collection Roma was a beautiful hotel! Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of option; even for vegetarians, gluten free and vegans folks, which I personally appreciated since Im a vegetarian. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the city and a lovely bar/restaurant where we had a great time. The hotel is located right next to Roma Termini, as well as very close of buses stops, taxis stops and other public transportation. Loved everything about our stay!

Nice hotel, cozy hotelroom but the best where the staff of this hotel. They where all incredible!

This hotel is marvelous! It is located in a palazzo with beautiful decorations and stunning marble details. The breakfast buffet is good, and the staff is exceptionally kind. Additionally, if you’re planning to travel by train in Italy, this hotel is perfect—it’s just a one minute walk to Roma Termini train station

So happy we stayed here!

Amazing stay and great experience! Splurged on our last night in Rome and this was well worth it! Staff was so kind and upgraded us for free. Free bottle of sparkling wine included as well. Literally next door to train station so was easy to catch our train to the airport. Our only regret was not staying longer. Clean and a great space to decompress before heading home
