"Our stay was incredible. The staff at Hyatt Ziva was amazing! Axel greeted us as we arrived and departed the hotel. Jesus checked us in and out of our rooms! Thank you Jesus for all your help! At the pool we had the best service with Misael, Jesus, and Genaro. At the buffet we had Margarita and Francisco and they were also so amazing! The food is amazing. You cannot wrong anywhere you eat there. All the food is great. We will be back and recommend friends and family! We miss you all already! Thanks again! "

"Overall, we had a great experience staying at this resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Entertainment throughout the day was plenty. The only disappointment was choice of restaurants. The only restaurant that I recommend is the steak house."

"Beautiful property with very friendly staff. This is our second time in Cabo but first at this property. We didn’t enjoy our first visit but decided to give Cabo another try and we are glad we did. We were given a room upgrade and everything was beautiful. My only recommendation would be to include drinks and snacks in the rooms like at other all inclusive resorts. "
