"Beautiful property "

"My husband and I recently returned from a 5 night stay at Pacifica Towers. Our Butler Rodrigo really made our 15 year anniversary special. Booked all of our reservations for meals and transportation to Sunset and Rose, which made our trip flawless. We luckily had the room closest to the VIP lounge which was AWESOME. Room service was very quick, and very tasty. We enjoyed many late night snacks after a night of many (probably too many 😂) tequilas. Dinner at Siempre was our favorite meal. Amazing service, atmosphere, and food. Dinner at La Frida was also a highlight. The rack of lamb was incredible. I didn’t find the issue of travel an issue that many other reviewers had. The cart to get to Sunset was max a 20 minute wait, and the shuttle to downtown was just a 15 minute ride. You do have to book the shuttle in advance, so I would suggest doing it the day prior. And for the pool, we never had issues getting chairs and the peninsula bar was awesome! Great drinks and always playing hyphie music. The rooms in the towers are incredible. Not super spacious but have vaulted ceilings, a beautiful shower with a waterfall head, and a spacious balcony. We absolutely LOVED this resort. It is beautiful, classy, clean and very fun. "

"Loved the ocean view and the staff around the pool were awesome. Esmeralda was the best. She always kept fun activities going amd that is much different than other resorts I have been to in the past. Thank you Esmeralda for being the best entertainer and fun oerson to hang out with while on our vacation. We already miss you and cant wait to return. "

"Our stay was amazing. The staff were super friendly and the pools were great. The rooms get cleaned every day so it was nice coming back to a clean tidy room. I would say the only negative thing about the stay was the mattress and pillows. Not the most comfortable, but not the end of the world. Also, the mosquitos inside the room. Make sure you were bug spray and try to kill the mosquitos before going to sleep lol. We killed 10 the first night. "
