"Beautiful property! Thank you to lizet from the entertainment team, kidz Club staff (Mario and the ladies) we had a wonderful 1 week vacation at Hyatt ziva. It was unfortunate that there was construction during our visit and the kids pool and playground was closed. However, despite that — we had a wonderful time. Also appreciate the upgrade the a bigger room due to our ziva suite being unavailable. The buffet and room service was excellent, as well as the taco truck! "

The view the hotel itself is beautiful the all inclusive part is amazing the food & drinks are great. I always book thinking fully on how it accommodates my son & this place was great he enjoyed the kitty water park, the pools had a 1ft section included which was nice. "

"Nice stay but did not rest well due air gap in door causing loud whistling sounds and clanking noise in the ceiling at night. Lady at the guest service counter's said it was due to unusual high winds. Sorry but not an acceptable response. The door should seal. "

"We got upgraded to an amazing room! The staff was amazing. Loved the pools, basketball court and volleyball court. The food was not great, very bland. Breakfast was the best and the bar food was good. Many times ran out of common items. Many times pools or restaurants were closed with no notice. Many of our waitresses were amazing, Ingrid, Wendy and Manny! Loved them! They had golf cart drivers and they were very kind as well. It really is a beautiful resort! Love the shuttle to...
