"Spartan/minimalist and dated accommodations, friendly staff, no attached restaurants, lounge, exercise, or pool... ...nothing like that. For a guy or couple needing simple accommodation, for a single night, this would probably suit most - would not recommend the same for single female travelers or extended stays. Due to its close proximity to downtown, the neighboring area remains a bit rough (street people) and staff lock the vehicle gate at the rear of the property each evening for good...
