Fynn the manager went above and beyond to help us get situated and upgrade our room for no extra cost. The property was nice - very modern and obviously recent. My only minor complaint is their style choice to focus on appearance over functionality, but some people like that so not a real issue. I would stay there again.

Room was newly renovated, door codes to unlock doors were nice. Shower was nice, and the matresses were surprisingly comfortable. The person who checked us in was so friendly and helpful, he went out of his way to make sure we had everyhing we needed and even gave some free cookies to our kids.

The staff is superb. They have bent over backwards for my needs while I have an extended stay here while my husband has been in hospital. It's extremely clean, simple and just what I need. I feel very safe here staying alone with their sign in codes to get into building and my room. I will definitely stay here again.

We checked in at 4 p.m. I would have liked an earlier check in time but that's fine. I liked the security door to get into our area and then a personal code to get into our room. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had a great sleep! The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and the usuals such as soap, shampoo and a hairdryer. Coffee and tea were stocked and the mini fridge was perfect to put some of our food in. My only complaint is that you can hear people in the hallway which was a bit loud especially if they are leaving earlier in the morning. The sound of the road may bother people who are light sleepers. We thought it was a great hotel that met our needs.

The guy at the front desk was very hardworking and friendly. However, the bathroom was not very clean, especially the toilet. The noise isolation across different floors were not done very well. Luckily there was no late night partier during our stay.

The booking and the management are fully "robotized" and pretty awkward when things don't work. Upon our arrival at 3.30 there was nobody at the desk although it said that would be manned at 3.00! We waited in the blazing sun until a cleaning person let us in ... The we did not get the "code" for the doors until after 4.00! The hotel is quite small and calls itself a BOUTIQUE hotel ... but in my understanding that is a place that offers something unique and special. Not here! The room was nicely appointed and well maintained - the beds too soft for our liking. Theo from Victoria

Parking was easy and safe! Also the location is perfect! Our room was clean and cozy! Communication was awesome, fast responses and we are very grateful for our check out extension to noon! We have been staying here ar least twice per year for the last 4 years and we will definitely be back!
