"The staff were polite and professional upon our arrival. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. I don't allow my family to touch anything in a hotel room until I have cleaned and sanitized it...for our protection and for good reason. When we got to the room and I started cleaning I spotted what looked like dried fecal matter on the toilet handle.
